In the ‘Battle for Britain’ every second counts …. In fact, every second could mean another tourist for Ireland.

Tourism Ireland, hoteliers and other industry representatives from around the island of Ireland have ‘invaded’ busy railway stations across Britain in the run-up to St Patrick’s Day, where they are plying commuters and travellers with great value reasons to visit Ireland this year.

This morning, at Waterloo Station in London, they reached over 13,000 potential visitors in just three and a half hours. That’s an impressive one potential holidaymaker contacted every second.
